From agency engineering to product ownership.

Matthew started on the technical side of software and marketing, first as a data support analyst at a prominent Kansas City software company, then as a back-end web developer at BarkleyOKRP. His career in senior living began at GlynnDevins, the leading marketing agency in senior living, where he helped guide the company's rapid growth from roughly 100 to nearly 300 employees. When the agency became Attane under private equity ownership, he saw the cost of scale firsthand: legacy sites, inconsistent platforms, and a portfolio of more than 300 websites built on every page builder imaginable.

As a technical leader, Matthew worked with Joel Schlotterer to unify that portfolio. Together they led development of a standardized WordPress platform designed to deliver 90% of client sites through configuration rather than one-off builds, so sites were faster, more stable, and easier to maintain.

After Attane, Matthew continued serving senior living clients as a freelance technical lead and deepened his product practice, including time as a Product Owner in the AgroTech industry guiding complex system integrations and cross-functional delivery. Today his focus is Whitney Solutions Group and Websites for Senior Living.
