Marketing technology, product and project management, web, and fractional CIO/CTO leadership, with deep roots in senior living. From people who have shipped at scale and still ship every week.
We're a consultancy built on hands-on delivery. Our background spans product management, project management, marketing technology, software, and cross-functional team leadership, across senior living marketing agencies and AgroTech.
Marketing technology is where much of that experience meets. In senior living, we build the lead generation websites, connect them to the CRMs community sales teams live in, and help marketing leaders choose the right tools for their marketing operations.
That work includes leading development of a standardized WordPress platform that unified a portfolio of more than 300 senior living websites and shipped 90% of new sites through configuration instead of one-off builds. We bring that same discipline to roadmaps, projects, and technology decisions for our clients, as a strategic partner rather than an outside advisor.
Most consultants advise on delivery. We run a delivery business.

Websites for Senior Living (Web4SL) is our venture with Joel Schlotterer. It's the white-label web development partner that senior living agencies and operators trust for accessibility, speed, and results.
Matthew and Joel spent nearly a decade building and maintaining sites for some of the largest operators in the country, and led the standardized platform that tamed a 300+ site portfolio. Web4SL packages that platform (WordPress Full Site Editing, the FlexLine theme, and the Web4SL plugin) for every agency serving the space.
Fixed timelines. Fixed quotes. No surprises.
Premium, accessible sites on a proven WordPress platform, purpose-built to turn visitors into qualified leads.
Every inquiry tracked, attributed with UTMs, and delivered where it needs to go, with no manual exports or broken forms.
A shared multi-site framework keeps branding consistent while each community features its own content.
Managed WordPress hosting, updates handled, plus quarterly accessibility and SEO checks.
A partnership built on a decade of shipping together.Matthew Whitney and Joel Schlotterer, a principal-level WordPress engineer who now leads engineering initiatives at a federal-grade digital firm, co-founded Web4SL after years of building senior living websites side by side.

Straight answers about how we work, what fractional leadership means, and how senior living websites connect to the tools your team already uses.
Whitney Solutions Group is a consultancy in Olathe, Kansas, led by Matthew Whitney. We provide senior product management, project and product delivery, web development, senior living marketing technology, and fractional CIO/CTO leadership for marketing agencies, software companies, and senior living operators.
A fractional CTO or CIO gives you senior technology leadership on a part-time basis: setting technical direction, choosing platforms and vendors, building a roadmap the team can actually staff, and keeping delivery on track, without the cost of a full-time executive. It fits growing companies that need strategy and accountability more than another developer.
A product manager owns the why and the what: customer problems, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes. A product owner owns the how and the when inside delivery: the backlog, priorities, and acceptance with the development team. On smaller teams one person often does both. Matthew has worked in both roles.
Through each CRM provider's own native API. We don't write proprietary integration code. Instead, we chose the simplest, most reliable, lowest-risk components for the job and standardized them across our web stack. Inquiry forms post directly to WelcomeHome, Aline, or Salesforce with source and campaign data attached, each lead routes to the right community, and there is nothing custom to maintain and no manual exports.
On the Websites for Senior Living platform, most sites launch in two to three weeks once design and content are approved. Multi-community programs and complex migrations take longer and are scoped with a fixed timeline up front.
Both. Agencies use Websites for Senior Living as a white-label build partner while they own strategy, design, and content. Operators and in-house marketing teams work with us directly on websites, CRM integration, and marketing technology strategy.
Most work is either a fixed-scope project with a fixed quote and timeline, or an ongoing fractional engagement for product and technology leadership. Teams that need us on call can also hold a retainer that reserves priority availability. Every engagement starts with a short conversation about goals and constraints, then a proposal for the option that fits.
